A few introductions are in order

Texas is home.
Dairy is family.

Our family’s dairy story began more than 100 years ago with our great-grandpa in Switzerland. Today, 1836 Farms is family-owned and operated in Terrell, Texas. We’re here to share the milk our own family enjoys, from an everyday glass of whole milk to a favorite flavored treat.

We bottle in reusable glass because it won’t absorb flavors or odors. When you return an eligible bottle, we clean, sanitize, and inspect it before refilling it. Here’s how to send yours back for another round.

01 / Enjoy

Pour a glass. Keep the rest refrigerated.

02 / Rinse

Remove the cap and rinse the empty bottle.

03 / Return

Take it back to the store for your $3 deposit.
